How to Request a Refund

- Please include in your email: registered email address and reason for refund
- We will manually verify your subscription status and usage count within 7 business days and reply
Processing Time & Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Once the refund is completed, the corresponding subscription will be terminated immediately and unused subscription credits will be cleared
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 48 hours, or when usage count ≥ 5 times
- Benefits obtained through promotions or special campaigns are non-refundable
- Obvious abuse, malicious refunds, or violations of Terms of Service
