2. Description of Service

AI Image Editor is an AI-powered image transformation service that allows users to:

  • Upload images for AI-powered editing and transformation
  • Apply various styles, filters, and modifications using text prompts
  • Download edited images
  • Access advanced features through paid subscriptions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

  • Personal and commercial image editing and transformation
  • Creating content for marketing, social media, and creative projects
  • Educational and research purposes

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our service to:

  • Upload or process images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create deepfakes or any misleading content
  • Upload or generate NSFW content
  • Process images of people without their consent
  • Generate or create content that infringes on others' intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
  • Upload copyrighted images for processing unless you own the appropriate rights
  • Create content for harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our platform technology
  • Use our service to develop competing products or services
  • Use automated tools to abuse our service or exceed rate limits

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Plan

  • 10 credits upon registration
  • Basic features only
  • Watermarked exports
  • Personal use only (no commercial use)

5.2 Paid Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Basic plan: Personal use only, no commercial rights
  • Pro and Ultimate plans: Commercial use rights included

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refund eligibility: within 48 hours of purchase/renewal and fewer than 5 uses in current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Image Rights and Usage

  • You keep ownership of any images you upload to our platform
  • Commercial use (selling/business): Only allowed for Pro and Ultimate subscribers
  • Free and Basic users can only use generated images for personal projects
  • Make sure you have permission to upload and edit any images
  • It's your responsibility to check if using generated images might violate someone else's rights
  • We cannot promise that generated images won't accidentally resemble copyrighted content

6.2 Our Platform

  • We own all intellectual property rights to our platform, user interface, algorithms, service design, and branding
  • You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or otherwise recreate our platform
  • You may not use our service to develop competing products or services

7. Service Availability and Limitations

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
  • Processing times may vary based on server load and image complexity
  • We reserve the right to implement usage limits to ensure fair access
  • Some features may be in beta and subject to changes or removal

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect only necessary information to provide our service
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Certain provisions (such as disclaimers, intellectual property rights, etc.) will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
